Join the Logistics team of an international humanitarian organization. The ICRC Mindanao sub-delegation is looking for a:
Logistics Assistant
(Based in Davao)
The Logistics Assistant provides support to various logistics activities in accordance with ICRC rules, financial procedures and regulations.
MAIN TASKS:
Handles logistics files filing and archiving in both soft and hard copies
Assists in completing and filing purchasing documents for purchase order (PO) file closing
Assists in sourcing and procurement process
Handles non-purchase order and petty purchases
Acts as back up Customer Service Desk (CSD) when the person in charge is not around
REQUIRED PROFILE:
A successful candidate will have:
College graduate or equivalent
2 years’ work experience in a similar function
Good in speaking and understanding English, Tagalog and Visayan
Good team playing skills
Computer literate
As an asset, a successful candidate may have:
Good interpersonal skills
Awareness of and respect for professional and institutional ethics, particularly with respect to confidentiality
Experience working in a humanitarian setting
