Premises Assistant, 100%
The position is based in Tunis
Our successful candidate will have a proven track record in the day to day running of large size properties as well as small team. They will be customer oriented with a can do attitude. Flexibility, courteousness and a solution-oriented personality is a definite must.
Main Responsibilities:
Property Management
• In-charge of all aspects of the premises including but not limited to security features, cleaning team, lease agreements, utility payments, maintenance and inventory. • Ensures that safety measures are put in place and continuously followed and updated • Builds up and maintains a network of external agents required for all aspects of the property management
• Able to keep up with the latest trends in the Real Estate market of Tunis • Participates when required, in the negotiation of lease agreements for both existing and new premises • Able to recommend new premises locations when required
Team Management • Management of the cleaning team and technical employees including training, coaching, supporting and appraisal writing • Develops and maintains a positive working atmosphere
Selection Requirements and Experience:
• High school degree or above. • 2 years’ work experience in a similar field • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French is an asset. • Service-oriented with a strong sense of priorities and flexibility • Respects diversity and enjoys working in a multi-national, multi-ethnic environment • Good time management skills, even under pressure • Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
