Join the Management team of an international humanitarian organization. The ICRC delegation is looking for a:
SENIOR EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICER
based in Makati City
Under the supervision of the Head of Delegation, the Senior Executive Coordinator manages specific projects and files delegated by the management team and facilitates special or ad-hoc projects involving different departments. S/he also acts as a project officer, who defines the project logic and designs the framework.
MAIN TASKS:
A successful candidate will:
Have a university degree in business administration, public administration, communication arts or similar field
Have a proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management, with 5 years minimum work experience
Possess excellent project development and management skills
Have impeccable interpersonal skills, and is able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Have outstanding written and spoken English skills
Be able to work autonomously and be able to handle sensitive information with the required confidentiality
Have rigor and good organization in daily work with a sense of responsibility and capacity to fix priorities and respect deadlines
As an asset, the successful candidate may also:
Have a previous experience in report-writing
Have a working knowledge of other languages (French, etc.)
