The ICRC Regional Delegation in Poland is announcing a full-time resident position of
“Protocol (Welcome) Officer ” based in Warsaw
Main Responsibilities :
- Organize all travel and visa requests for the staff.
- Organize accommodation, hotel booking and follow-up payments with the hotels.
- Organize events, seminars and workshops in coordination with the concerned departments and colleagues.
- Organize briefing schedule for new arrivals in coordination with the other departments.
- Create and archive Welcome files and keep them up to date.
- Assist the department in the administrative tasks, including invoices and official letters.
- Translate from and into Polish
Qualification and Experience Required:
- University degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience in hotel management, hospitality and travel industry, tourism, business administration or similar field.
- Languages required: Polish (native) and very good command of English.
- Computer proficiency
- Availability and flexibility after the official working hours.
