Job Purpose
The Digital Ads Specialist is under the Communication Unit that provides support to Digital Marketing. S/He is in-charge of implementing ads on both social and web channels, optimizing the impact and delivering weekly and monthly report. S/He must have a strong know-how in ads management on both social and web. Located in Manila office, the Digital Ads Specialist collaborates closely with Digital Marketing Officers in other regions across the world, and reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Campaigns and promotions
· Define clear campaign under guidance of digital marketer from HQ and Regional Coordinators
· Write and maintain campaign briefing to be shared at global level
· Identify audience and set goals
· Help coordinate promotion campaigns and suggest correction to increase qualified traffic
Reporting, monitoring and trends
· Provide weekly report on cross channel ads performance and ads budget spending
· Collect and share best practices about ads and engagement
Selection Requirements
Education: study in digital marketing, online publicity or other related fields
Advanced in ads management tool on social media and on web, including display and cross platform
ROI focused
Proficient in excel, power point, and online team coordination tools
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in Arabic or Portuguese language is a must
Strong ability in data collection and analytics
