The Manila Shared Services Center (MSSC) is comprised of diverse services, ranging from Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, and Human Resources that supports the ICRC Headquarters in Geneva and the field delegations worldwide.
The Recruiter’s primary role is to keep track of human resources needs, assess candidates’ applications, conduct interviews and make recruitment decision in conjunction with the units concerned. S/he assures that ICRC MSSC attracts and employs the best suitable candidates for its operations. S/He positions the ICRC as employer of choice in the local labor market and globally within the ICRC, and ensures the application of ICRC recruitment policies and develops and improves recruitment tools under supervision of the HR Manager
MAIN TASKS:
· Strengthens ICRC’s employer branding activities and actively explores opportunities to increase candidate pool / talent reach in the labor market and the defined target population
· Supports the departments and hiring managers in preparing job descriptions and refining their staffing requirements
· Keeps all stakeholders informed of the status of each hiring activity, and regularly reports their status.
· Collaborates effectively with hiring managers in designing reliable tools i.e. exams, interview matrices to screen candidates
· Conducts job interviews with the hiring team for all recruitment requirements, and supports the hiring manager with qualified feedback during hiring deliberations
· Presents and coordinates job offer to successful candidates and manages communication to non-selected candidates.
· Ensures all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to onboarding of the new hire, entered in HR tool, and properly turned over for files management
· Manages and maintains the organization’s recruitment and employee database, and keeps up to date all HR references and records
· Facilitates onboarding and integration / training program for the ICRC MSSC staff
REQUIRED PROFILE:
· University degree in Business Administration or equivalent in Human Resources an asset
· Over 6years professional experience, minimum 3 solid years in talent acquisition/ staffing/ recruitment
· Experienced in employer branding, sourcing, and conducting talent market research
· Knowledgeable of remuneration systems and management forecasting
· Keeps abreast with local and international labor practices, staffing trends and innovations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Client-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
