A well-qualified and exceptional applicants for the role of Ombuds, to deliver beneficial communications enhancement and conflict management services, via the Ombuds Office to employees and the organization throughout the globe but based in Kuwait and focused on the NAME Region. As Ombuds, the incumbent is a designated independent, neutral, confidential and informal practitioner.
Primary Objective:
As part of the ICRC Ombuds Network s/he will provide exceptional organizational ombuds services,
contribute to the effective performance of the Ombuds Office and aid in lifting the ICRC to better communications and a continuously improving work place + organizational culture.
From the Ombuds Network, all staff of the ICRC may gain guidance and support to:
• Address workplace issues promptly, fairly and at the appropriate level;
• Advance communication and conflict management abilities;
• Uphold an ethical, compliant, transparent and communicative organizational culture;
• Preserve relationships and reputations; and
• Promote an engaging, productive and positive workplace.
