Main Responsibilities:
- Validate the claim within the scope of responsibilities of Travel & Expenses Services
- Ensure that claims are in compliance with ICRC rules
- Check completeness of supporting documents and other information
- Ensure correctness of expense type, amounts, currency and exchange rates use
- Approve / Reject claims in Peoplesoft
- Respond to queries of clients
- Consult/escalate special cases to Team Leader/ Functional Supervisor or relevant HQ units when needed
- Maintain a proper filing system
- Perform other related duties as assigned and in support to T&E Team’s overall tasks
Certification / Professional experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance or any related course
- Working experience as Exp. Claims Processor or in a similar field
- Fluent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer knowledge required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), and strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrated systems (PeopleSoft)
