The ICRC Mission in Bucharest is announcing a vacant full-time resident position of “Administration Assistant” based in Bucharest.
This is a junior role who shall provide administrative and information management support and act as a reference person for written protocols and standard tools.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensures that all electronic documents are sent to team mail box and all paper documents received are shared with concerned staff members.
- Organizes, manages and trains other colleagues for the usage of a range of collaborative tools (e.g. SharePoint), databases and Intranet.
- Updates general information in the reference tools (databases or others)
- Ensures the submission and signing of important documents (e.g. housing policy, security rules etc.) for ICRC staff in Romania
- Ensures a smooth reception of new arrivals and notifies the departure/movement of ICRC staff
- Ensures that flight tickets and hotels are purchased and booked in accordance with ICRC regulations
- Facilitates the attribution of accommodation for ICRC visitors and staff in the residences or hotels
- Ad-hoc support on IT administrations (e.g. equipment distribution)
- Ad-hoc support to other tasks assigned by Finance & Administration Manager
Mandatory requirements:
- Fluent Romanian and English
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic MS software and team collaborative tools
