Main Responsibilities:
The AP Administrative Assistant works with a team under the Finance Shared Services, that is primarily responsible for:
- Importing PDF invoices into Kofax or PINS system
- Scanning of documents into electronic (PDF) format
- Updating of invoice statistics report on a regular basis
- File, classify and archive documents
- Monitoring of updates in Kofax or PINS system
- Coordinates/ escalates and resolves issues that impact the operations with the help of the management
- Perform other related duties as assigned and in support to AP Team’s overall tasks
Required Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Administration or equivalent
- Working experience as administrative assistant, in scanning of invoices and data entry for accounts payable
- Computer knowledge required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), and understanding of Portable Document Format (PDF) and Kofax platform
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Great attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong planning and organizational skills
