The ICRC Mission in Warsaw is looking for: Travel Coordinator / Welcome Officer
The Welcome Officer ensures that Welcome activities are organized smoothly, including coordination of pick-up/drop-off of ICRC staff and guests, travel arrangements, visas and permits, official registration and accommodation.

Main Responsibilities:▪ Organize all travel and visa requests for the staff. ▪ Organize accommodation, hotel booking and follow-up payments with the hotels. ▪ Organize events, seminars and workshops in coordination with the concerned departments and colleagues. ▪ Organize briefing schedule for new arrivals in coordination with the other departments. ▪ Create and archive Welcome files and keep them up to date. ▪ Assist the department in the administrative tasks, including invoices and official letters. ▪ Translate from and into Polish
Qualification and Experience Required:▪ University degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience in hotel management, hospitality and travel industry, tourism, business administration or similar field. ▪ Languages required: Polish (native) and very good command of English. ▪ Computer proficiency ▪ Availability and flexibility after the official working hours.
