The on-call HR Clerk will support the Human Resource Department in its management of employee files through file digitization and archiving.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Digitize employee files individually and create a proper filing system
Select old employee records and coordinate with the Information Management team for archiving according to the guidelines
Sort and arrange files of separated employees for transferring to the office storage area
Support the team in paper filing and arranging physical files in the office
REQUIRED PROFILE
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1- 2 years’ work experience in file management/archiving
Good command of written and spoken English and Filipino
Excellent organizational skills and has ability to maintain strict confidentiality of files
Knowledge in using office equipment (computer, photocopier, scanner, etc)
