Base: ICRC Manila Shared Services Center
PURPOSE
**
The ICRC will implement on 1 January 2022 an International Retirement Savings Plan (IRSP) for 13’000 employees in about 85 countries. A foundation is being created to that effect in Switzerland. The plan will be administered by a newly created team in the ICRC HR Shared Services in Manila.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In the set up and implementation phase:
· participates with the Business Analyst and the Project team in the elaboration, testing and fine-tuning of all business processes related to the administration of the IRSP
· manages and onboards the 3 team members who will join in the 2nd part of 2021
· participates in the communication and training of colleagues in the HR function
In the run phase:
· manages all activities of the team related to the administration of the IRSP plan, ensuring consistence and compliance with rules, regulations and procedures **
· coordinates and oversees the processing of administrative transactions (enrolment, changes, payment of benefits, etc), liaising with ICRC delegations and the accounting team in Manila as needed **
· plans and organizes the team’s work **
· optimizes processes in line with best practices and keeps documentation up to date **
· produces quality reports and evaluates activities against key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
· University degree, professional diploma or equivalent experience
· 3-5 years' professional experience in HR Shared Services, with ideally 1-3 years’ supervisory experience
· Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in the administration of benefits and retirement plans
· Knowledge of and experience in HR shared services, including workflows, processes and key performance indicators
· Certification in HR an asset
**· General knowledge in accounting an set
· Good command of English/French language skills an asset
· Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of HR information systems
